Amelia Duran has called Florida home for over 30 years, with deep roots in Highlands County. Raised in Avon Park and a Sebring resident for the past seven years, Amelia lives with her husband and three children. Guided by faith and family values, she firmly believes that integrity, responsibility, and service should be the foundation of effective property management.
With over a decade of experience in customer service and real estate transactions, Amelia brings a practical, organized, and detail-oriented approach to property management. Her professional background includes automotive sales, insurance, and real estate, which has strengthened her communication skills and her commitment to protecting her clients' investments.
In 2014, Amelia began working full-time in property management, gaining extensive behind-the-scenes experience in leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, landlord communication, and regulatory compliance. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to manage properties efficiently and professionally.
Currently, Amelia works as a Property Manager and is Vice President of the Greater Lakeland Chapter of NARPM . Through this leadership role, she remains actively involved in professional education, best practices, and strengthening industry standards.
